The CONTACT CENTER SERVICES NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to interact with customers to provide information about products and services. It also covers handling of customer’s complaints, inbound customer service, order taking and inquiry response handling, and
outbound telemarketing.
The COMPUTER SYSTEMS SERVICING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that must possess to enable to install and configure computers systems, set-up computer networks and servers and to maintain and repair computer systems and networks.
The CAREGIVING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve
to provide care and support to infants/toddlers, provide care and support to children, foster social, intellectual, creative and emotional development of children, foster the physical development of children, provide care and support to elderly, provide care and support to people with special needs, maintain healthy and safe environment, respond to emergency, clean living room, dining room, bedrooms, toilet and bathroom, wash and iron clothes, linen, fabric, prepare hot and cold meals.
